Refund & Return Policy

 

For assistance with returns and to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, kindly contact our Customer Support via email at [email protected]. North of Havana Cigars ensures you receive only the highest quality cigars and accessories swiftly and in pristine condition. Our meticulous inspection and multiple spot-checks by our shipping team aim to maintain accuracy and excellence in every shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are invited to return the item within 30 days* from the date of receipt. To initiate the return process, simply email our Customer Support at [email protected], and our customer service representatives will guide you through our straightforward return procedure. Once your return is processed, you will be issued an RMA#. It is crucial to write this number on the outside of your return package to ensure efficient processing. Please note that returns processing may take between 10 to 12 business days.

 

 Return Policy Overview:

Opened or unopened products as eligible for a return, accroding to the following terms: 

 

 Cigars — We offer a one-cigar allowance for boxes or bundles of 20 cigars or more. Any remaining cigars must be returned for a full merchandise credit, excluding shipping costs. Should more than one cigar be sampled, a prorated credit will be applied, and shipping costs will be less. 5 and 10 packs must be returned in new, unopened condition, with cigars in their original cellophane wrappers, to qualify for a return. Ensure all original packaging and any accessories are included in your return, and do not return any cigars that have been cut or smoked, as this will impact your refund.

 

All Other Merchandise — Returns of any items other than Cigars,  must be made within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or refund. Items must be new and in original packaging unless they are returned due to damage or defects. Returns processing can take from 3 to 10 business days. Custom-made and custom-printed items are not eligible for return due to their personalized nature.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

*Holiday Return Policy: Items shipped between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st.
